Cupar’s Sense of Place

Cupar’s Sense of Place

The first exciting community project led by Cupar Heritage, in partnership with Cupar Development Trust and CMC Associates is funded from a £10,000 Heritage Lottery Fund Sharing Heritage grant.

CMC Associates (who drafted the Interpretive Plan) will help deliver Classic Cupar Project as part of a wider community initiative to make Cupar’s rich heritage an integral part of the town’s future.

Using CMC Flow the project will explore how the most popular views of Cupar have been recorded, and indeed changed, over the years – and which of these views and images are most loved by the citizens of Cupar today

The project is all about “Cupar’s sense of place” and has gathered in and shared images of the town from a wide range of sources culminating in a show and tell competition to discover which of these views and images are most loved by the citizens of Cupar today.
